Jason leads Foresight’s business operations. With over 15 years of geotechnical and construction engineering services and management experience, he has a broad understanding of client needs and challenges throughout the project development and delivery process.

Jason has worked with state and local agencies, municipalities, and counties in Texas on a range of infrastructure projects. His PS&E and CE&I transportation projects include major highway interchange projects in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, as well as several bridge replacement programs throughout the state. He has also worked as project manager for geotechnical and construction services on more than fifty wind farms throughout the continental U.S., as well as several significant vertical infrastructure projects in central Texas, including the State of Texas Capitol Expansion Project and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Terminal expansion.

 

Jason is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
