Her professional journey began in consumer relations, where she developed a strong foundation in listening and service. While earning her master’s degree from Texas A&M University, Katie served as an academic advisor and lecturer, deepening her expertise in mentorship and adult learning. She later built and led business operations at a boutique oil & gas consulting firm, driving compliance, regulatory alignment, and organizational efficiency.

Katie’s passion for people development led her into corporate training, where she designed learning experiences that empowered teams, and elevated performance. When Katie joined Foresight in 2021, she didn’t just step into an HR role, she built the department from the ground up. Her strategic leadership helped the company more than double in size, all while fostering a culture rooted in trust, respect, and foresight.

Today, Katie serves as a strategic partner to the business, aligning people strategies with long-term goals. She leads with empathy and data to deliver measurable impact across the organization. Katie Clark holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Texas A&M University, with a focus on Organizational & Personal Leadership, Adult Education, and Human Resource Development. She also earned an Adult Education Certificate and maintains a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
