Cameron Gaddy, P.E.
Planning & Communications Team Lead

Cameron brings more than 15 years of experience in project and program management, with a strong foundation in planning across transportation, research, and energy sectors. He leads Foresight’s planning and communications work, applying a collaborative, solution-driven approach to help clients navigate complex programs.

 

Motivated to solve problems in team-driven environments, Cameron has supported large capital programs and major investment strategies throughout his career. As a planner with TxDOT’s Unified Transportation Program (UTP), he supported 17 TxDOT districts with project portfolio management and programming, focusing on mobility and connectivity improvements. He emphasized collaboration by facilitating quarterly portfolio health and risk reviews and assisting districts with implementing project funding and letting solutions.

 

Cameron’s earlier roles in project cost and schedule engineering on Arctic projects strengthened his planning and communication skills, shaping his practical approach to project management and stakeholder engagement.

 

Cameron grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2010. He moved to Austin in 2016 and completed a master’s degree in engineering through the Construction Engineering and Project Management Program at the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

 

Cameron grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2010.
