Lynn brings more than 31 years of multidisciplinary transportation experience to Foresight as its Engineering Services Director. She has served in both a public and private sector capacity to manage design-bid-build and design-build projects, programs, and portfolios from planning through final completion. Lynn previously served as the first Project and Portfolio Management Section Director at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and managed multi-phased projects with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). She has a proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver high profile design and construction projects.

 

In addition to her public sector work, Lynn started and grew her own engineering consulting company and led quality assurance and construction team activities in the private engineering arena. With a focus on providing high quality deliverables and strong customer service, Lynn ensures the Foresight Engineering Services Team successfully achieves project goals and meets client and owner needs.

 

Lynn has been a Central Texas resident for 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. She is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas, Florida, and Georgia.
