Marc brings to Foresight more than 30 years of communications experience in both the public and private sector. This experience includes TxDOT communications, media and public relations, writing, and strategic planning.

 

For 22 years, he held leadership roles for TxDOT’s Beaumont District. As the District’s public information officer, he took a highly proactive approach in project communications, building a solid reputation with the media, public, industry leaders, and government officials. While at TxDOT, Marc also initiated the District’s “Southeast Texas Transportation Summit.” The summit brought together more than 200 government and industry leaders, economic development corporations, and transportation officials to discuss the area’s future transportation needs. His experience additionally stretches into the world of journalism. As a former television news anchor/reporter, Marc understands the importance of clear, concise, and honest communication.

 

An Air Force veteran, Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Oklahoma Christian University, and a master’s in counseling from Lamar University.
